Backend developer (python)

We are looking for a Backend Developer specializing in Python to join a development team building internal solutions for our client. You will participate in short-term projects (3–4 months), collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and various technical teams in a dynamic, international, results-oriented environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
• Participate in designing and implementing scalable, robust architectures.
• Integrate services with different applications and platforms.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in defining technical solutions and making decisions.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong experience with Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Knowledge of microservices-based architectures.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2) or higher. The work environment is entirely in English.
• Ability to work independently and with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• People who are highly independent, resourceful, and proactive.
• Experience participating in projects from their definition through to production launch.
• Ability to collaborate directly with Product Owners and Project Managers.
• Professionals accustomed to working with multiple teams and managing different priorities.
• Experience providing technical leadership for development projects or initiatives.

• Hybrid work model, with a minimum of 3 days on site per week.
