• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js and JavaScript, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Design and implement efficient database solutions, including schema design and query optimization
• Write clean, maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a systematic and organized manner
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure application stability and reduce bugs
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency
• Document code, APIs, and technical processes for team knowledge sharing and future reference

• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript with demonstrated experience building production-level applications
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
• Solid knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with server-side frameworks and libraries (e.g., Express.js, Fastify)
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Proven ability to write organized, efficient, and well-documented code
