1+ years of proven experience as a Frontend or Automation Engineer
Proficiency in React
Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Hands-on experience using modern AI development tools, such as AI coding assistants, LLM-based tools, or agentic development tools
An AI-oriented engineering mindset, with the ability to identify where AI can improve development speed, quality, testing, investigation, and day-to-day engineering work, while understanding where human judgment and ownership are required
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently investigate unfamiliar technical areas
Strong learning ability. We expect you to quickly become familiar with the product, business domain, architecture, and technologies
A proactive mindset, with a tendency to automate repetitive work and continuously improve existing development processes
