PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Senior Android Developer!

• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex epics, from technical design and API contract negotiation to implementation and deployment;
• Develop clean, robust and idiomatic Kotlin code, ensuring the creation of modern, responsive interfaces focused on an excellent user experience;
• Apply and ensure consistency of Clean Architecture principles and MVVM/MVI patterns, promoting a modular and scalable structure;
• Develop and maintain Android applications using Jetpack Compose, ensuring the adoption of development best practices;
• Analyze and optimize application performance and stability, identifying memory leaks, optimizing networking layer efficiency and reducing application startup times;
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure and Bitrise environments;
• Ensure the automation of testing, analysis and deployment processes, minimizing manual intervention;
• Define and implement unit tests and automated UI tests, ensuring the quality and robustness of the solutions developed;
• Take on a role in analyzing and resolving critical production incidents;
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to different Android OS versions and configurations, ensuring application compatibility and stability;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle, from technical definition to making solutions available in production;
• Promote the continuous improvement of development, quality, performance and automation practices.

• Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields;
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Android development;
• Solid experience in Kotlin development;
• Advanced knowledge of Kotlin, namely Coroutines, Flow and Inline Classes;
• At least 2 years of experience developing with Jetpack Compose in a production environment;
• Solid knowledge of the Android SDK, Lifecycle management and WorkManager;
• Experience with Clean Architecture and MVVM/MVI patterns;
• Experience with Dependency Injection, namely Hilt or Dagger 2;
• Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp and GraphQL, namely Apollo;
• Experience with persistence solutions such as Room or SQLDelight;
• Advanced experience with JUnit, Mockito or MockK;
• Experience in UI testing using Espresso or Compose Test;
• Knowledge of Google Play Console, Android App Bundles and ProGuard/R8;
• Experience with CI/CD, preferably with Azure and/or Bitrise;
• Strong ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems;
• A high degree of autonomy, responsibility, proactivity and quality orientation;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Minimum B2 English proficiency, with fluency required.
