Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
2+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Science.
Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch alongside .NET.
Hands-on experience with NLP tools such as Hugging Face and LLM frameworks such as GPT and Transformers.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS, microservices, and deploying custom models.
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
Solid grasp of trusted AI practices, API security, and data privacy.
Excellent problem-solving skills, Agile/Scrum proficiency, and fluent English.
Experience designing, building and maintaining efficient C#/.NET code alongside production-ready ML pipelines.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional applications and AI/ML solutions, particularly NLP and LLMs.
Experience fine-tuning, deploying and optimizing pre-trained models for specific product use cases.
Experience creating POCs for R&D projects and analysing complex datasets.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.
Experience maintaining documentation for software architecture and AI algorithms.
Experience prioritizing client issue resolution according to SLAs and identifying technical debt.
