AI engineer in MLOps

As a Senior AI Engineer, you advise our customers on the strategic introduction, assessment and development of AI solutions, combining your AI and MLOps expertise with consulting skills to embed AI sustainably in their business processes and culture.

• You advise our customers strategically on identifying, assessing and prioritizing AI use cases with clear business value.
• You design holistic AI and MLOps target states, including architecture, governance and operating models.
• You actively support our customers in building and developing AI-optimized DevOps infrastructures, such as container platforms and scaling automation.
• You facilitate and design workshops and assessments at team and management level.
• You plan and manage complex AI projects from a technical perspective and keep quality, timelines and objectives on track.
• You work closely with business and development teams and support the integration of AI-driven innovations throughout the entire development cycle.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or the conceptual implementation of AI, data or digitalization projects.
• You have a thorough understanding of machine learning approaches and MLOps principles, and can assess AI models against statistical, qualitative and regulatory criteria.
• You work confidently with Python and common ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• You have practical experience designing and scaling data and machine learning pipelines.
• You have strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work and a strong commitment to quality.
• You can communicate complex matters clearly and make a confident impression in customer-facing settings.
• You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
