AI engineer in insurance

We are looking for an AI Engineer with solid experience in Artificial Intelligence and Data fundamentals to take on a strategic role in defining architectures, governance, and the adoption of AI solutions. The selected person will participate in high-impact initiatives related to AI Strategy, Agentic AI, and AI Factory, combining architectural vision and technical skills to develop PoCs, review designs, and define standards that enable teams to implement AI solutions in a scalable, secure way aligned with business strategy.

• Contribute to defining the Artificial Intelligence strategy and identifying opportunities to improve productivity through AI tools.
• Design and evolve Agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, and integration patterns.
• Participate in AI Factory initiatives, ensuring that the solutions developed meet AI architecture and governance standards.
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) and validate new AI solutions and technologies.
• Review technical designs, prepare architecture documents (ADR), and produce technical documentation.
• Define best practices and recommendations to facilitate AI adoption by architecture and development teams.
• Ensure that solutions align with corporate standards, compliance requirements, and AI governance frameworks.
• English B2+ (advanced level).
• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in English.
• Interviews will be conducted entirely or primarily in English.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
• Between 5 and 7 years of professional experience in technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong foundations in Data and solution architecture.
• Experience designing architectures and validating technological solutions.
• Knowledge of generative AI architectures, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience developing PoCs, reviewing technical designs, and preparing architecture documentation.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with practical technical knowledge.
