• 3+ Years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record in production-grade AI systems;
• Expertise in designing and developing AI agents and agentic workflows;
• Proficiency in building AI-native frameworks and embedding AI across the software development life cycle (SDLC);
• Background in product development life cycle (PDLC) processes and methodologies;
• Skills in integrating AI solutions with enterprise software platforms and ERP-related systems;
• Understanding of scalable AI architectures, deployment strategies, and MLOps practices;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Technical leadership, mentorship, and experience driving AI adoption within engineering organizations;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
