AI engineer

We are looking for an AI Developer to join a challenging technology project focused on developing Artificial Intelligence solutions for clients, from functional prototypes to integration into products and business processes.

• Develop functional AI prototypes and pilot projects, from gathering requirements through to delivery to the client.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI agents into existing products and processes.
• Adapt solutions to different stacks, client contexts and technical requirements.
• Make technical decisions autonomously, manage priorities and flag blockers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate directly with the Managing Director and client stakeholders.
• Deliver solutions in short cycles, with pilot projects developed within weeks.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, in backend or full-stack roles.
• Proven hands-on experience building and delivering solutions with LLMs, RAG, AI agents or similar tools.
• Ability to learn and work with new technologies and stacks independently.
• Autonomy in managing time, making technical decisions and delivering results.
• Ability to work with evolving requirements and turn business needs into functional solutions.
