AI engineer

AI is one of our strategic priorities, and the solutions we build address concrete business problems, from working with documents and customers to forecasting and decision support. We are looking for an AI Engineer to join the AI sector and build solutions with the business, from idea to production.

• Work with the business: understand processes, define requirements, and measure the impact of solutions
• Develop AI solutions based on LLMs: AI agents, RAG systems, data extraction from documents, and assistants for internal and external users
• Develop traditional ML models for problems based on numerical and historical data: sales and demand forecasting, risk assessment, and anomaly detection
• Take part in selecting models, commercial or open-weight, according to the task, quality, and cost
• Use the semantic layer and data from the data platform, in collaboration with the data team
• Integrate solutions with ERP systems and other business applications
• Lead solutions from prototype to production, including deployment and maintenance
• Establish quality evaluation, monitoring, and control of model costs in production
• Take part in applying security and data protection rules in AI solutions, including the processing of personal data
• Take part in monitoring the work of external suppliers and conducting code reviews of their work
• Collaborate with the IT sector (database, BI, infrastructure, security, and business applications departments).

• At least 3 years of experience in software development or ML, with practical experience on LLM solutions, at least one of which has reached production
• Excellent knowledge of Python (FastAPI or a similar framework, tests, clean code)
• Experience with APIs from leading LLM providers
• Practical experience with RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and measuring response quality
• Experience developing AI agents and tools (tool calling, MCP, or similar)
• Good knowledge of SQL and working with data
• Experience working with Docker, Git, and CI/CD processes
• Experience working in a cloud or hybrid environment
• English language skills for working with documentation and external partners.
