• Launch the modernization toolset
• Perform initial result validation
• Customize and adjust prompts
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve prompt issues
• Collaborate with modernization team members to align with project goals and deliver high-quality solutions

• Use coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex daily as the main way of writing code
• Understand how LLM agents work, including context, tools, planning, subagents, and typical failure modes
• Review agent output quickly and critically, catching errors and hallucinations
• Have 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including taking systems to production and supporting them
• Know relational databases and SQL, and understand graph data models such as Neo4j and vector databases
• Deploy and debug Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm independently
• Have experience with unit and integration testing, Testcontainers or similar, and TDD
• Own an area independently, from an unclear problem statement through production
• Make decisions with incomplete information and take ownership of the outcome
• Get up to speed quickly in unfamiliar code, technologies, or business domains
• Explain decisions and their limitations in writing and in person
• Будет плюсом: experience with LLM provider APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock) or gateways such as LiteLLM; R&D experience with hypotheses, prototypes, experiments, and data-driven decisions; mainframe experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, IMS, PL/I, HLASM, CA Gen, z/TPF, 3270, and z/OSMF; experience building evaluations for non-deterministic systems, including regression suites, metrics, and model and prompt comparisons; knowledge of threats to agents and their code, including prompt injection, secret leakage, excessive permissions, poisoned dependencies, and MCP servers (OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications); secure work with coding agents
