• Identify and deliver high-impact use cases for AI agents applied to IT processes.
• Design and implement intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Integrate agents with APIs, corporate systems, IT tools and knowledge bases, applying RAG patterns, context management, memory and tool use.
• Evaluate models and approaches, considering quality, latency, cost, security and suitability for the use case.
• Monitor performance and manage the agents' lifecycle, including versioning, debugging and continuous evaluation.
• Create reusable components, such as templates, connectors and prompt libraries.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science or an equivalent field.
• Between 3 and 7 years of relevant experience in software development, data or Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven participation in Generative Artificial Intelligence projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and APIs.
• Intermediate knowledge of Cloud Computing and DevOps.

• Будет плюсом: Experience putting agents or LLM-based applications into production; LLMs, SLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search and response evaluation; Agent frameworks and orchestration mechanisms; REST APIs, authentication and integration with enterprise systems; Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent platforms; DevOps, CI/CD, observability and configuration management; Security, Responsible AI and evaluation of generative solutions; IT use cases, namely incident support, code generation or operations optimization
