UX/UI designer for public services

• Taking part in projects and project meetings, and providing UX/UI advice.
• Organizing and running workshops for users.
• Designing interfaces in accordance with WCAG guidelines.
• Conducting UX and UI audits.
• Designing solutions that improve users’ experiences with the product.
• Designing interfaces that take functionality, aesthetics, and users’ needs into account.
• Working with developers to plan and implement designed solutions.
• Testing implemented solutions, making improvements, and preparing technical documentation.

• At least 2 years of experience designing websites and mobile applications, including user interfaces.
• At least 2 years of experience designing websites in accordance with WCAG 2.0 or higher guidelines and RWD principles.
• Ability to analyze target audiences, create graphic mockups, model solutions, and develop User Stories.
• Ability to plan development work and collaborate with developers.
• Experience testing implemented solutions, iteratively improving them, and creating technical documentation.
• Ability to analyze branding and visual design, design interfaces, and create detailed mockups and interactive prototypes, including animations.
• Ability to adapt designs to different screen resolutions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design software.
• Knowledge of Figma and experience working with Design Systems.
• A portfolio showcasing previous projects.

• Long-term cooperation and continuity of projects.
• Stable employment on a B2B contract.
• Remuneration of up to PLN 60/hour net + VAT.
• Work in a 100% remote model.
