The team designs and implements defence solutions and digital transformation projects for public- and private-sector clients.

• Create user-friendly and innovative design solutions for complex challenges;
• Develop and present design concepts using wireframes, prototypes and visual presentations;
• Evaluate and improve digital products for usability, inclusivity and accessibility;
• Conduct user research and testing, including interviews, usability testing and journey mapping;
• Lead and analyse usability testing, stakeholder interviews and other user-centred design methods;
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and deliver business value;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
• Share knowledge and mentor junior staff;
• Present research- and best-practice-backed design solutions to clients;
• Advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals.

• Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field;
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design methods and tools;
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma;
• Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment;
• Active enhanced DV clearance before applying;
• Successful candidates must meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard requirements;
• Nationality, previous nationalities and place of birth may affect eligibility due to security and export control restrictions;
• Many roles require 5 to 10 years of continuous UK residency for National Security Vetting.
