ux designer for digital platforms

• Lead the design of intuitive, scalable user experiences across web and digital platforms;
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys, flows, information architecture and interaction models;
• Define and evolve experience frameworks and systems across multiple touchpoints;
• Apply user-centred design principles based on research, insight and data;
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, synthesising findings into design improvements;
• Collaborate with designers, writers, technologists and product teams;
• Prototype and iterate solutions through testing and feedback;
• Present work clearly and articulate the rationale behind decisions;
• Contribute to the overall experience vision and alignment across wider workstreams.

• Significant experience in user experience design, ideally in an agency or product environment;
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX across complex digital products or platforms;
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, service design and interaction design principles;
• Experience designing end-to-end journeys from concept through to delivery;
• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, elegant solutions;
• Proficiency in modern UX and prototyping tools, including Figma and related platforms;
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments;
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders;
• Systems thinking with attention to both detail and the bigger picture;
• Curiosity about human behaviour and motivation to create meaningful experiences;
• Calm, focused and highly organised approach in complex environments;
• Strong ownership and accountability for work quality;
• Collaborative and open approach with a desire to elevate the work and the team;
• Relentless attention to detail and drive to refine and improve.

• 6–9 Month fixed-term contract;
