Bank Pekao S.A. is one of the largest banks in Poland, developing key digital products used by millions of customers.

• Lead and coordinate the design process for complex digital products;
• Design solutions that address user needs and business goals;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams;
• Prepare wireframes, prototypes, and user experience concepts;
• Plan and support UX research and use data in decision-making;
• Support the development of design standards and the Design System;
• Lead design workshops and discovery sessions;
• Act as a UX expert and mentor for other designers.

• At least 7 years of experience designing digital products;
• Experience leading large-scale and complex projects;
• Strong knowledge of the design process, Design Thinking, and Double Diamond methodologies;
• Ability to make design decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data;
• Knowledge of digital accessibility principles and WCAG;
• Confident use of Figma, FigJam/Miro, and tools supporting design collaboration;
• Ability to communicate design solutions effectively across different organizational levels;
• Experience collaborating with product and technology teams;
• Nice to have: Experience in the financial or banking sector.
