UX Designer

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in developing their businesses. It creates software and provides technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Design and develop digital products for corporate clients of a major Polish bank, focusing on consistency, scalability, and intuitive solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for mobile and desktop applications, including responsive solutions
• Design user experiences using the Design System developed by the bank’s internal team
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research results and translate findings into design decisions
• Participate in UX research by preparing materials, analyzing results, and testing solutions in a dedicated research space
• Design and optimize user journeys and processes in digital banking
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, business representatives, and UX experts
• Consult on and refine wireframes with development teams and the product development team
• Present UX concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholders, considering business value and user experience
• Propose solutions that improve the usability and consistency of digital products
• Help develop and promote UX knowledge and good practices across the organization
• Monitor UX/UI trends and account for design standards and financial-sector regulations

• At least 5 years of experience designing digital products as a UX Designer or Product Designer
• Practical experience designing web and mobile applications, including responsive solutions (RWD)
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design concepts
• Experience using Design Systems and ensuring consistency across designed solutions
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research results and apply them in the design process
• Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing
• Experience designing and optimizing user flows and customer journeys
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions
• Experience collaborating with product teams, developers, and business stakeholders
• Ability to present UX concepts and justify design decisions
• Knowledge of current UX trends and best practices
• Strong communication, analytical, and design collaboration skills
• Будет плюсом: experience in banking, fintech, or other financial institution projects, knowledge of electronic banking for corporate clients, experience designing complex business processes and multi-step user journeys, knowledge of digital accessibility standards including WCAG

• B2B contract
• Project budget: up to 125 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and scope of services
• Hybrid service delivery, averaging 1 day per week at the client’s office
• Main locations: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Lublin, and Szczecin
