UI/UX designer for mobile apps

we’re looking for an exceptional senior mobile designer to develop Solant - a native, mobile-first AI Chief of Staff for founders and C-level executives. Solant works across email, chats, calendars, and meetings, bringing fragmented context together and turning it into prepared management moves: an action, a reply, or a decision. it is not a chatbot, a task manager, or another AI assistant. we are designing a new way for people to interact with AI - one that does not yet have established UX patterns.

• design complex AI systems and turn them into a simple, intuitive native mobile experience
• create distinctive, polished, premium iOS and Android products
• think deeply about product logic, states, context, and trust mechanisms in AI
• independently work without "spoon-feeding"
• work directly with the founder and influence not only the interface, but the product itself.

• a portfolio demonstrating native mobile product work is required.
• applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• work remotely from (almost) any location
• this is an opportunity to define from the ground up how a new category of AI products should look and work - rather than refining patterns that already exist.
