ui/ux designer for AI video intelligence

The company develops an AI-powered video intelligence platform that translates complex computer vision capabilities into intuitive workflows for security operators and enterprise teams worldwide.

• Own the full UX lifecycle from discovery and concept development through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and engineering handoff across web and mobile platforms;
• Design user-centered experiences that simplify complex AI-driven security workflows and enterprise systems;
• Define information architecture for data-rich, analytics-heavy products;
• Lead user research initiatives, including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis;
• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iterative experimentation;
• Build and evolve Lumana’s cross-platform design system;
• Use UX analytics and product data to improve usability, adoption, and workflow efficiency;
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Leadership on design quality and scalable implementation;
• Align UX strategy with product roadmap priorities and contribute to the long-term platform vision;
• Present and defend design decisions using research, data, and principled thinking;
• Perform other assigned duties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy platforms;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across research, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution;
• Experience designing complex systems, dashboards, or analytics-driven applications;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems;
• Experience leading user research initiatives and translating insights into shipped product improvements;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
