- Develop the entire animation direction;
- Form the Animation Vision;
- Establish quality standards and an efficient pipeline;
- Develop the team;
- Work with outsourcing partners;
- Integrate animations into the game engine.
требования
- Experience creating realistic game animation;
- Deep understanding of state machines, blending, retargeting, IK/FK, and animation integration into an engine;
- Nice to have: motion capture experience, optimization for mobile platforms.
