• Oversee products throughout development, collaborating with artists, animators, composers, and developers
• Analyze statistics to shape game launch and marketing strategies
• Organize and participate in game testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Evaluate game performance metrics
• Formulate and test hypotheses
• Suggest improvements for key stages of product development
• Prepare for and analyze A/B testing results

• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer or Slots Game Designer
• Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of various gaming platforms
• Creative thinking in game design and the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Eagerness to learn new technical skills
• Flexibility to adapt ideas and meet deadlines
• Dedication to completing tasks to a high standard
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the iGaming market and the differences between iGaming and general game design
• Experience with slots is required
• English B2
