ONEX provides logistics and courier services. Its products are used by almost 250,000 people in Armenia.

• Work closely with developers throughout the product development process
• Assist developers with designing and clarifying small tasks and features
• Redesign existing products and contribute to designing new product features and services
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and translate insights into design decisions
• Apply user-centered design principles in all design solutions
• Use product thinking and problem-solving skills to address design challenges
• Contribute to building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Create responsive and mobile-first designs
• Develop effective UX solutions by deeply understanding the products and services

• At least 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Strong understanding of UX processes and UI principles
• Experience conducting UX research and translating findings into design decisions
• Understanding of design systems and reusable components
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good knowledge of English
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
