Product designer

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and high-quality digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of a product used by millions of people worldwide, working across customer journeys, new features, and interactive interfaces.

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across mobile and web applications.
• Create and optimize customer journeys, including onboarding, daily interactions, and new product features.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Own design initiatives end-to-end, from initial concepts through to final implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Use user feedback, research, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's design system.
• Maintain consistency, usability, and visual quality across different product experiences.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consumer product design.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
• Proven experience designing mobile and web products in B2C environments, ideally at scale.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, product thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating polished, intuitive, and user-friendly digital applications.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
• Ability to take ownership of design projects and deliver high-quality work independently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
