Product Designer

Landal’s Digital Product & Experience team improves the digital experience for guests across websites, apps, and other digital channels, making them guest-friendly, accessible, and engaging throughout the guest journey.

• Identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to improve the Stay journey team’s effectiveness and guest experience
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers in an Agile, multidisciplinary team, and present solutions to stakeholders
• Design and deliver end-to-end UX outputs, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs, aligned with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and the design system
• Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative user research, translating guest feedback and data into continuous customer journey improvements
• Ensure design consistency and quality across Web, Email, and App, and contribute to the evolution of the UX design system
• Apply new industry and UX insights to enhance digital products and the overall guest experience

• Bachelor’s degree level
• 4–6 Years of relevant experience as a Product Designer
• Strong research mindset and experience in user research and data-driven design
• Experience in user-oriented or hospitality organizations, with an understanding of how design contributes to guest experience
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams

• One-year contract with a one-month probation period under the Recreation collective labour agreement, with the intention of offering a permanent contract
• Salary of €3,630–€5,185 gross per month based on a full-time contract, excluding holiday allowance
• 27 Vacation days based on a full-time workweek
• Work-from-home allowance of €2.45 per day
