Picnic is an online grocery business. Its Consumer team tells Picnic's story and builds meaningful relationships with customers through engaging campaigns and communications across multiple channels.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create campaigns that engage existing and future customers, from the original concept to final assets
• Create and update email campaigns, social media assets, online ads, and campaign visuals for the app
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple channels and help shape Picnic's visual identity
• Test and validate designs through user tests or online A/B testing
• Collaborate internationally with designers, analysts, and business stakeholders across the Netherlands, Germany, and France
• Research retail trends and conduct competitor reviews to keep the team informed

• Degree in a relevant graphic, visual, or communication design field
• 2–5 Years of experience in visual design, preferably in a commercial and/or agency environment
• Online portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and creative flair
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and Figma
• Self-starter with a hands-on attitude
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English skills
