Graphic designer for Instagram content

This role involves creating visually compelling and educational Instagram content for a small business, inspired by the polished and informative style of Aeroflow’s breast pump program. The designer will be responsible for developing creative post concepts and producing finished static posts and carousel graphics that align with the brand’s identity. The focus is on delivering engaging, on-brand visuals with clear, social-first layouts that drive audience engagement and communicate key messages effectively.

• Develop creative concepts for Instagram posts and carousels based on provided brand guidelines and inspiration sources.
• Design finished static posts and multi-slide carousel graphics optimized for Instagram.
• Ensure all content is visually consistent, on-brand, and ready for immediate publishing.
• Collaborate on content ideation to ensure educational and engaging messaging.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Provide source files and export assets in required formats for social media.

• Proven experience designing Instagram content, with a strong portfolio featuring carousel and educational posts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media design best practices, especially for Instagram.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging visual content.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, polished deliverables.
• Availability for a test post and potential ongoing work.
