• Create, develop, and implement creative concepts across projects and platforms
• Design and produce original, high-quality materials for print, digital, and social media
• Translate creative concepts into effective visual communication while maintaining consistency across applications
• Collaborate with creative, account, digital, and other teams to meet client objectives, brand guidelines, and agency standards
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, technologies, and emerging creative formats

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally within an advertising agency or similarly fast-paced creative environment
• Strong experience in offline and digital creative development and execution
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Good knowledge of After Effects and motion design
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media formats, and digital-first design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different teams and personalities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines
• Team spirit, reliability, and a methodical approach to work
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
