For our Visual Content team, we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (f/m/d), 20 hours per week, who combines a love of design with curiosity, initiative and a strong team spirit.

You will bring creative ideas to life for product launches, social media, seasonal campaigns and digital channels. You will learn how impactful individual designs become coherent creative families, from the first composition to the final export.

• Create visuals that make an impact: Design and refine static assets and simple animations for campaigns, Meta, CRM and product launches.
• Make one idea work across many formats: Adapt layouts, crops and variations with a consistent look, strong composition and attention to detail.
• Build on what already works: Use our creative templates and visual standards, improve them with your own ideas and recognize when something new is worth exploring.
• Put the product first: Make the authentic materials, details and distinctive character of our watches and jewellery visible. Check product references and claims carefully.
• Turn feedback into better design: Explore thoughtful iterations, learn from creative results and contribute to work that is not only beautiful but useful.
• Take care of the details: Prepare accurate, well organized files, naming, exports and editable sources, and review your work before handover.
• Create together: Collaborate closely with colleagues from Graphics, Photo, Video, Copy and Performance. Share ideas, ask questions and speak up early when something is missing.

• A strong foundation in graphic design, through education and a compelling portfolio of practical work.
• A confident sense of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, colour and detail.
• Hands on experience with Adobe Cloud (Photohop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• An organized, reliable way of working and the motivation to take ownership of agreed tasks.
• Curiosity, initiative, openness to feedback and a genuine interest in making the whole team's work better.
• Good working skills in German and English.

Optional but valuable

• Experience with social media ads, performance creatives or e-commerce design.
• Motion design, Figma, reusable templates and design systems.
• An interest in brand storytelling, product photography and authentic materials.
• Familiarity with responsible AI assisted design workflows, while keeping real products visually accurate.
