• Develop visual concepts, themes, and artwork for digital lottery games
• Design and illustrate 2D game assets and prepare vector artwork for production
• Create and refine game animations using Spine
• Own the visual design lifecycle, from concept art through asset refinement, animation, and delivery
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring game concepts to life
• Share expertise, mentor team members, and improve art and animation workflows
• Identify opportunities to reuse assets and streamline production while maintaining visual quality

• 5+ Years of professional experience with Spine animation software, creating animations for commercial games
• 5+ Years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate, including digital illustration and asset creation
• Experience creating visual assets and animations for 2D mobile and/or web games
• Strong understanding of 2D game art, animation principles, and digital drawing workflows, including vector asset preparation
• Portfolio showcasing original game artwork and animation work, ideally including Spine projects
• Ability to independently manage visual design tasks from concept through production delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
