HyperHug is an international game development studio specializing in the shooter genre. It develops Oxide: Survival Island, a multiplayer survival shooter for mobile platforms.

• Design and manage LiveOps features, including events, passes, and offers, from concept and scheduling through launch, performance analysis, and iteration;
• Contribute to core gameplay design, including reworking and improving core mechanics, and design meta systems such as social features, FTUE, progression, and retention;
• Collaborate with 2D/3D art teams by defining requirements, briefing leads, and managing asset pipelines for in-game features and content;
• Configure and implement game content in Unity;
• Run A/B tests, analyze the performance of events, passes, and offers, and use findings to improve future iterations.

• 3+ Years of Game Design experience focused on mid-core/hardcore multiplayer mobile games;
• Strong experience designing LiveOps and monetization systems and integrating them into the game’s economy and progression;
• Experience managing the full LiveOps loop: events, offers, testing, scheduling, and performance analysis;
• Successfully shipped monetization features with measurable KPI impact;
• Strong hands-on experience with Unity;
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams across development, art, analytics, and marketing;
• Extensive player experience and a strong interest in the shooter genre;
• English at B1+ level.
