Game designer

As a Game Designer, you are the «architect of fun» at the heart of our production. We need someone who can bring bold ideas to the table, build prototypes, and engineer addictive gameplay mechanics. You will lead the vision within a multidisciplinary squad of Developers, Artists, and Animators to ship top-tier products.

• Game Architecture: Design and detail rules, game flow, assets, and play modes. Turn a rough idea into a comprehensive, executable concept.
• Mechanics & Logic: Craft storyboards and scripts. Master the in-game balancing and RTP to ensure a sustainable and engaging economy.
• UX Ownership: Lead the User Experience design, ensuring every player interaction is seamless and high-retention.
• Agile Evolution: Update design specs dynamically as the project evolves. Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to meet tight deadlines.
• Technical Mentorship: Properly train and guide the testing team to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your design vision.

• Experience: 2+ years of Game Design experience or at least one successful game launch under your belt.
• Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of In-game Balancing and RTP. Strong mathematical and analytical skills are non-negotiable.
• Technical Savvy: Understanding of game engine animation mechanisms and hardware platform constraints.
• Product Mindset: Ability to experience the application as a real user. You don't just build features; you build experiences.
• Communication: Sharp verbal and written skills to pitch ideas and collaborate effectively with technical and creative teams.
• Resilience: Thrives under high pressure and maintains high standards within strict deadlines.
