Brand & graphic designer for robotics

We build humanoid systems: full stack, from hardware and electronics to software and manufacturing, all in-house in Berlin. At Cell Labs, we are pushing the boundaries of what robotics can do. Our goal is clear: to build systems that empower people instead of replacing them. Our technology is already in use with leading industrial customers and partners. Now our own product is shortly before launch. The quiet phase is over. We are looking for people who want to join early, take responsibility, and build what others only talk about.

• You develop our existing visual identity and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. You also create design guidelines and ready-to-use templates for presentations, documents, and social media.
• You design our digital brand presence for investors, customers, and partners. This includes our website, including the upcoming launch, as well as presentations, newsletters, and digital data rooms—all based on a consistent design system.
• You design brochures, product datasheets, business stationery, and signage for our offices and workshops. Merchandise that our team enjoys wearing and using—from hoodies to stickers—is also part of the role.
• You develop key visuals and campaign materials for our upcoming product launch and design trade fair stands, banners, and displays. You coordinate with print shops and exhibition stand builders and support on-site setup when needed.
• You create graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube—from posts and carousels to stories, banners, and thumbnails. You adapt the design to each platform and showcase our robots convincingly.
• You support other departments with their design requirements, for example in recruiting and employer branding, technical documentation, press materials and PR, and internal events.

• You have completed a degree in graphic design, communication design, brand design, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have taught yourself the skills and can convince us with your portfolio.
• You have several years of design experience—whether at an agency, a design studio, a company, or as a freelancer. What matters to us is not where you have worked, but what you have designed so far.
• You know how to create professional print-ready files and have already worked with print shops. You are familiar with color proofs, paper selection, and production deadlines.
• You work confidently with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and are familiar with Pitch, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• You work independently, pragmatically, and with a solution-oriented mindset. You prefer to quickly develop an initial draft and improve it step by step rather than get lost in details. You keep track of several parallel projects and know when a result is ready to be implemented.
• You speak German and English fluently.

• Whether it is a website, trade fair stand, or investor presentation, your work will have a significant influence on how our company and our robots are perceived from the outside. You will have plenty of creative freedom and can actively develop our visual identity.
• Our office, workshop, and test facilities are in the same building in Berlin-Kreuzberg. If you want to better understand a technical function or see a robot in action, you can talk directly with our engineers—without lengthy coordination.
