• Identify and gather requirements from various sources;
• Analyze and document technical requirements from stakeholders;
• Conduct business meetings and joint sessions on application and requirements development;
• Draw up, review, and systemize project documentation for process selection;
• Create and maintain business and software requirements documentation;
• Help maintain the roadmap and conduct gap analysis;
• Cooperate closely with development teams;
• Analyze risks and causes of errors during system development;
• Design APIs;
• Work with databases;
• Model domain areas, business processes, algorithms, functional capabilities, and service interactions using UML and BPMN-related diagrams;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies.

• 2+ Years of commercial experience as a System Analyst;
• Experience developing software documentation and knowledge of security best practices;
• Experience modeling business processes with UML and BPMN;
• Knowledge of database structures and types;
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with databases;
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience managing requirements;
• Strong analytical skills for critically evaluating information from multiple sources;
• Experience designing REST APIs;
• Ability to adapt an approach to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback;
• Self-confidence and ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers;
• Upper-Intermediate English or above;
• Intermediate+ German or above;
• Nice to have: Basic domain knowledge of banking, neo-banking, insurance, payments, or fintech; basic SQL knowledge.
