System analyst in ERP

Join our ERP team and take part in implementing, developing and optimizing Business Central solutions – from business analysis and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live.

• Work with business users to analyze processes and gather requirements.
• Design and document ERP solutions for Finance, Controlling, Budgeting and Reporting.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the finance area.
• Define business rules, calculations, cost allocations and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with developers, BI/Data teams and business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, process models and test scenarios.
• Support UAT and validate delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
• Participate in ERP implementations and further development of the system.

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business/System Analyst, ERP Consultant or similar.
• Experience with ERP implementation or development projects.
• Good understanding of finance, accounting or controlling processes.
• Experience with requirements analysis and BPMN.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
• Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw, Bielany, 5 days a week.
• Будет плюсом: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; Previous experience as an ERP / Business Central Consultant; SQL / PL-SQL knowledge
