Salesforce technical business analyst

Sterlings are currently looking to speak with experienced Technology Saleforce Business Analysts for an opportunity within a collaborative, customer-focused technology environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working at the heart of an Agile delivery team, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology to ensure products and solutions deliver meaningful business value.

• Partner closely with the Product Owner to shape product vision, challenge assumptions and translate business needs into delivery-ready work.
• Investigate complex business problems, understand customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and manage Epics, User Stories and clear, testable Acceptance Criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and Three Amigos sessions across Product, Engineering and Quality.
• Ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritised and aligned with sprint goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support decision-making and maintain delivery momentum.
• Use delivery metrics and business insight to support prioritisation, sequencing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory, governance and compliance requirements are understood and reflected in delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies and deputise for the Product Owner when required.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, within an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong Salesforce experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to analyse complex business problems, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Experience creating Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Technical understanding, including the ability to interpret interface definitions and use basic SQL or data analysis tools.
• Good understanding of systems architecture principles.
