RWE Biostatistician

Resilience Care is a French remote patient monitoring company and clinical research partner. It provides remote patient monitoring solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry, combining ePRO collection with AI techniques. Its platform supports healthcare professionals with early side-effect detection, while its patient app helps people measure and manage symptoms. The company’s solutions are used in routine care for 35,000 patients across more than 200 healthcare institutions and support around twenty academic and industry clinical studies.

• Draft or contribute to Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and methodological documentation
• Program analyses in R and Python, with a basic understanding of SQL/Postgre
• Contribute to the design, methods, and execution of RWE studies
• Set up data quality checks, including consistency and cohort rules, and document assumptions
• Produce decision-ready tables, figures, and reports, and explain results to non-statisticians, internally and externally

• Apply biostatistical methods, including survival analysis (Kaplan-Meier, log-rank, Cox), regression, GLM/GLMM, and matching or weighting
• Write clean, reproducible code in R and Python and use basic SQL
• Work with patient healthcare data, including its quality, traceability, and constraints
• Produce clear statistical and methodological documentation, including protocols, SAPs, and reports
• Build meaningful data visualizations
• Communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Demonstrate methodological rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and ownership
• Prioritize and handle multiple studies in parallel
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
• Remain resilient when facing methodological push-back
• Have 2–4 years of experience in biostatistics/RWE in a CRO, consultancy, or similar environment
• Have delivered analyses on healthcare datasets
• Have built reusable outputs, such as codebases, pipelines, or reporting templates
• Have worked closely with non-technical stakeholders
