Product analyst in fintech

• Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and customer journeys, and keep that documentation current
• Analyse product, customer and transaction data to spot trends, and use feedback and recurring incidents to point to what should change
• Work with engineering, operations, compliance, risk and support to land product changes, and flag regulatory or customer-impact issues early
• Run user acceptance testing: write the test cases, log defects and follow each one to resolution
• Publish release notes and keep the product record accurate

• Thinks analytically and is comfortable in Excel, turning raw data into a clear recommendation
• Writes and explains clearly, in documents and in conversation, with people across several teams
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English; you’ll work in both every day
• Follows through on detail, from test cases to open defects to documentation, without being chased
