Product analyst

Agrobank is Uzbekistan’s 2nd largest bank by assets, serving millions of clients across the country. We’re building a new Analytics Center, and we’re looking for a Product Analyst who wants to shape how the bank’s digital products grow. This isn’t a role where you maintain someone else’s reports. You’ll define the product metrics, find out how clients really use our products, and help product teams decide what to build next.

• Analyze client behavior in the mobile app, cards, payments, transfers and loyalty programs
• Build funnels, retention and cohort analysis to find where clients drop off and why
• Design and analyze A/B tests together with product teams
• Define product metrics and agree on their definitions with the business
• Build dashboards that product owners actually use for decisions
• Turn findings into clear recommendations, not just numbers
• Use AI agents to automate routine work and speed up analysis

• 2+ years as a Product or Data Analyst in banking, fintech or BigTech
• Strong SQL: complex queries, window functions, cohorts
• Python for analysis and automation
• Understanding of product metrics: DAU/MAU, retention, conversion, LTV
• Experience with A/B testing and basic statistics
• BI: DataLens or similar tools
• Git: branches, pull requests, code reviews
• Ability to explain results to non-technical people
• Uzbek and Russian languages
