- Translate customer needs, expectations, and desired changes into practical IT solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide clear recommendations based on findings and support implementation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including stakeholders and developers, to ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Work in Agile environments, participating in ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Assess the impact of emerging technologies and AI on business models.
требования
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior level preferred) in complex Business/IT environments.
- Strong analytical skills combined with an understanding of human behaviour and change adoption.
- Proven experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in sectors such as Finance, Government, Utilities, or Logistics.
