задачи
- Define, track, and analyze core product and business metrics
- Manage and scale the analytical team to maintain high output quality
- Design robust ETL workflows with Data Engineers and build high-impact dashboards for LTV/CAC, cohorts, and retention
- Provide data-driven insights directly to executive leadership
требования
- Strong expertise in product and business metrics, including measuring user behavior, LTV, retention, and monetization
- Deep conceptual understanding of data infrastructure and ETL/ELT processes
- At least 4 years of experience in Data/Product Analytics, with some experience leading teams or mentoring analysts
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and web/product analytics tools
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate raw data into clear, business-oriented narratives
- English B1
