We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Business and Pricing Analytics team, where we work to transform customer and business data into information, insights and tools that help make better decisions. We are looking for a professional who combines analytical skills with a clear focus on automation, data quality and process efficiency, helping us build an increasingly robust, accessible and scalable ecosystem of data, information and analytical tools.

• Build systems to track prices, approval levels, profitability, campaigns and other relevant business variables.
• Develop descriptive analyses, indicators and dashboards that turn large volumes of data into clear, actionable information.
• Transform manual or recurring processes into efficient, robust and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to ensuring that analytics teams have the data they need, with quality, traceability and availability.
• Develop and evolve solutions that facilitate analysis and decision-making.
• Understand the business need, identify the data needed and build a solution that can be maintained and evolved over time.
• Analyze large volumes of data to generate information and insights that support decision-making.
• Build and evolve indicators, information systems and dashboards to track prices, profitability, approvals, campaigns and customer behavior.
• Design and automate recurring data processes, improving their efficiency, robustness, traceability and scalability.
• Translate business, analytics and modeling needs into data and analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with data and technology teams to ensure the quality and availability of information and to industrialize solutions.

• Quantitative or technological education: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science or similar.
• Very good command of SQL and knowledge of Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience developing dashboards, indicators or information systems.
• Ability to understand data structures and build efficient transformation and data exploitation processes.
• Critical thinking and analytical curiosity to identify patterns, anomalies and opportunities in data.
• Autonomy, results orientation and ability to work with technical and business teams.
• Sufficient English proficiency to work in technical and professional environments.
