Data analyst in programmatic advertising

We are currently looking for someone to support the Business Analysis Department. Can you manage your work independently and are you in the habit of asking questions about why things are the way they are and where the data comes from? This role could be for you. We are looking for a specialist who will help us further develop big data and analytics processes in the programmatic area and partner with business departments.

• Analyzing various datasets
• Actively creating reports and analyses using BI tools, Excel, and N8N
• Working on automation and tool development
• Creating automated sales reports: revenue, sales funnels, activity reports, product or customer profitability, data from Google Ad Manager, GA4, etc.
• Analyzing results, taking a critical look at data, asking questions, and ensuring data quality (quality control of data in reporting and database systems)
• Working with business and IT departments

• Power BI - very good knowledge or willingness to learn
• Excel - very good knowledge
• Basic knowledge of databases and database architecture
• Knowledge of the basics of programming languages such as Python, R, and others
• Knowledge of AI solutions, including Codex, Claude Code, etc.
• Working with large datasets
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, and willingness to develop in this area
• Ability to translate the language of numbers into the language of business

• We work in a hybrid model: three days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two days remotely.
• The office is located near Warszawa Zachodnia railway station in Warsaw.
