• Formulate and prioritize hypotheses with product managers, game designers, and monetization specialists
• Design and analyze A/B tests, from hypothesis formulation and sample size estimation to interpreting results and recommending rollouts
• Analyze and monitor key product metrics, investigate changes, and identify growth opportunities
• Research player behavior, progression, and game balance to inform product improvements
• Turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytical workflows while ensuring accurate results

• Strong quantitative background in mathematics, statistics, and A/B test design
• Experience using Python for data analysis
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
• Understanding of key product metrics, including retention, engagement, and monetization
• Practical experience using AI tools for coding, analysis, or automation
• Russian is required
• English at Intermediate level or above
