Gather and analyze business requirements and translate user needs into reporting and analytics specifications
Develop and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Power BI
Prepare, transform, and model data from multiple enterprise sources
Develop SQL queries, calculated metrics, and business logic using DAX and Power Query
Validate data quality and consistency and investigate the root causes of discrepancies
Optimize data models and report performance
Document solutions, train users, and contribute to BI and data governance standards

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience as a BI analyst, data analyst, or reporting developer
Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data visualization principles
Ability to gather requirements, work with business stakeholders, and present findings
Strong analytical thinking, attention to data quality, and ability to structure complex information
Intermediate English or higher
