• You support insurance companies in purposefully developing digital processes and IT solutions.
• Together with our customers, you develop modern business and IT architectures for sales, claims management, and other business areas.
• With brokers, customers, and business departments in mind, you design software solutions ranging from portals to policy administration systems.
• As a bridge between business departments and IT, you ensure that tailored solutions are implemented.
• You prepare and conduct customer workshops, moderating the professional exchange.
• You critically assess existing IT-supported business processes and advise on their optimization.

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You know the business processes of insurance companies well and have already supported them in projects as a business analyst.
• You are familiar with traditional and agile approaches to project management or business analysis.
• Thanks to your strong analytical and communication skills, you develop well-thought-out concepts and inspire different stakeholders with clearly communicated solutions.
• With at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, you bring the practical expertise needed for this role.
• You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically assess the results, and help customers and adessi make use of AI's potential.
• Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
