• Perform desk research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data;
• Work with statistical databases in MS Excel;
• Draft reports and presentations on different public policy national- and local-level topics;
• Participate in meetings with business and government officials;
• Contribute to the development of proposals.

• You are a top-performing student or recent graduate in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Sustainability, Finance, or a related subject;
• Good command of MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• English language at level B2 or higher;
• Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian;
