• Analyzing and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications in collaboration with IT teams and architects.
• Defining processes, subprocesses, use cases, and user stories, and maintaining their ongoing documentation and management.
• Supporting testing processes, including preparing scenarios in Gherkin, testing REST APIs, handling test cases, and analyzing and handling defects.
• Collaborating with project teams using the Agile methodology, participating in reviews of work products, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to use AI/GenAI to optimize business processes, requirements analysis, and activities related to software development and testing.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Expert in projects with a strong IT focus.
• Experience in data analysis and management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with software architects, and knowledge of modern architectures, particularly microservices.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and testing experience, including creating scenarios/scripts in Gherkin and testing REST APIs using tools such as Bruno or REST Assured.
• Very good spoken and written German and English, and practical experience using AI/GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot) in business analysis or software engineering.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Data Quality Management (DQM) is welcome

• Rate from PLN 130 to PLN 160 net/hour/B2B.
