• Work with stakeholders to understand business goals;
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements;
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams;
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities;
• Support the design of efficient, scalable solutions;
• Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and use cases;
• Support user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions against business needs;
• Participate in regular meetings and prepare concise reports;
• Help maintain alignment between business teams and IT throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions;
• Practical experience in business analysis, including gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements;
• Knowledge of business process modeling, optimization, and documentation using structured methods and tools;
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and present complex topics clearly;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Familiarity with IT project lifecycles and requirements management tools;
• Basic understanding of software development concepts;
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in English and local languages;
• Nice to have: experience in consulting or technology-driven projects.
