• Collaborate with the business team to understand and analyze business needs, objectives, and processes;
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and capture business requirements;
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and align business goals with technical solutions;
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders;
• Create flow charts, documentation, and visualizations to clarify requirements;
• Manage multiple requirements and priorities across ongoing initiatives;
• Navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business priorities;
• Deliver under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital transformation projects;
• Experience in the digital marketing domain, including content management solutions, PIM, and DAM;
• Strong understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and e-commerce concepts;
• Hands-on experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions and their differences and complexity;
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation, and requirements documentation;
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requirements and priorities;
• Experience with Agile framework;
• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous and changing business environments;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with resilience;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
