• Design digital and AI-powered solutions for real business challenges with clients, business departments, and development teams;
• Analyze requirements, processes, and challenges and help develop concrete solution approaches;
• Work in agile or traditional project environments and apply modern business analysis, product development, and software development methods;
• Support the elicitation, structuring, and prioritization of requirements and accompany their implementation through production use;
• Use modern AI tools to analyze information, develop solution options, validate results, and test new ways of working;
• Collaborate with business departments, developers, architects, and Product Owners to bring different perspectives together into a shared solution.

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or another STEM field;
• First practical experience as an IT Business Analyst, for example as a working student, intern, dual-study student, or in a junior or entry-level role;
• Interest in modern software development and in understanding how business requirements become digital and AI-powered solutions;
• Active use of Generative AI for research, analysis, learning, information structuring, or creating work results;
• Structured approach to challenges and ability to analyze complex relationships and ask the right questions;
• Clear and understandable communication, willingness to work with diverse people onsite in the office, and ability to contribute own ideas;
• Very good German at C2 level;
• Good English skills;
• Willingness to travel;
• Nice to have: First experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable tools.
